Danny Glover is our new Star of the Week! To start things off, reviews for two of my favorites are posted to his page: The Color Purple and Grand Canyon. You can also watch the famous toilet bomb video clip from Lethal Weapon 2. Enjoy! Sometimes it just feels better to watch a drama in the colder weather, doesn't it? Curled up with a blanket and a mug of hot tea with a storm threatening outside. . . versus a gorgeous sunny day when you want to run outside and play.
If your tastes run towards dramas now that the weather is turning into fall, here are a few new reviews for you to check out: The Last Mile starring Mickey Rooney, The Last Hurrah starring Spencer Tracy, All the Way Home starring Jean Simmons, and The Bramble Bush starring Richard Burton. Enjoy! Eddie Murphy's week has come to a close, and if you missed any of his 24 reviews, you can catch up on his page. And just in case your cheeks hurt from laughing so much, we'll focus mostly on dramas next week.
Here is your clue for next week's star: This Eddie Murphy costar can be found in period dramas, Disney flicks, action movies, and even a musical. Any guesses? Let me know in the comments below. Check back on Tuesday to find out if you're right. Cheers to Eddie Murphy, our new Star of the Week! To start things off, we've got reviews of two of my favorites, Imagine That and Daddy Day Care, posted to his page. You can also watch five of him having dinner together in a video clip from The Nutty Professor. Come back every day for new reviews and enjoy! We're coming up on my favorite time of year! Now that the weather is cooling down and it's getting darker sooner, some of use like to start watching scary movies and breaking open those thrillers on our bookshelves.
Readers, check out my reviews for The Girl on the Train and Looker. Movie buffs, try out the creepy Boom! or the thriller I Thank a Fool. Don Ameche's time as Star of the Week has come to an end, and all 28 of his reviews are now posted to his page. Are you ready for your next clue? We're going to leave the silver screen for a bit...
Don Ameche made a bet about next week’s star in the movie they made together, a stock market comedy. It's about time to an easy clue, don't you think? Check back on Wednesday to start his week! |
