I can't believe the end of the year is coming up! Pretty soon it'll be time to bring out the sappy Christmas books in December. So, to close out the year, here are a few book reviews of novels I read throughout the months: God Help the Child, The Persian Always Meows Twice, and When She Woke. What did you read this year?
Paul Douglas's time as Star of the Week has come to a close, and all 14 of his reviews are now posted to his page. Are you ready for your clue for next week's Star? Here you go (and it's easier this time):
In the movie next week's Star made with Paul Douglas, they both got a trip to Italy out of it. Check back on Friday to find out who! Paul Doulas is our new Star of the Week! To start things off, you can watch a video clip from This Could Be the Night, or read reviews from two of my favorites: Clash By Night and Angels in the Outfield. New reviews will be posted to his page every day, so enjoy! There's nothing better than curling up with a good thriller in the autumn, is there? How about five of them? I've recently devoured five Adam Mitzner thrillers, and I can't recommend them highly enough? To find out more about Dead Certain, Never Goodbye, The Best Friend, The Perfect Marriage, and A Matter of Will, check out my reviews!
It's been a long week, but Danny Glover's time as Star of the Week has now come to a close. Hope you enjoyed it! Are you ready for your next clue? If you missed any reviews, you can catch up on all 42 of them posted to his page.
This is a hard one, so good luck. Let me know your guesses below: Danny Glover wasn’t the first to play a baseball coach talking to the spirits. This actor starred in the original, nearly fifty years earlier. |
