I've always had a love of reading. When I was a little girl, I read all the American Girl books for and to my corresponding dolls. In middle school, Tamora Pierce's adventure stories captured my attention, as did classics like A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court, still one of my all-time favorites.
