Cedar Cove #5: 50 Harbor Street
by Debbie Macomber
There’s trouble in paradise for Cedar Cove’s favorite judge, Olivia Lockhart. Even though she and Jack have their problems, since there’s so much love and playfulness between them, it’s always fun and relaxing to read about them. And speaking of problems, Grace and Cliff are still trying to iron theirs out—but if you’re getting tired of their on-again, off-again mindset, rest assured there are plenty of new romances included in 50 Harbor Street to keep you occupied while you wait around for the handsome cowboy to come to his senses.
As usual, this volume of the Cedar Cove series was very entertaining. The several-books-long mystery will finally reach its conclusion in this one—no spoilers, I promise!—and all the couples in town, from Charlotte and Ben to Ian and Cecilia—one of my favorite couples—are given plenty of time to tell the readers what’s going on in their houses. I can’t wait for the next one! I just hope there isn’t as much drama in the sixth book as in this one, otherwise I’ll need a breather. Anyone who thinks Cedar Cove is a fluffy series will change their minds during 50 Harbor Street.
